Wellness influencer Laura Henshaw is giving her Instagram followers a glimpse of what a day in the life of a CEO is like.
Laura, 31, who runs the Keep it Cleaner brand with Steph Claire Smith, recently told her followers that her days start by waking up at 6.45am and meditating.
She also revealed that she started work at 8:30 a.m. and had a few meetings before heading to healthy fast food chain Fishbowl for lunch.
She spends 10 hours a day in meetings and planning, then takes the train home at 7 p.m. to have dinner with her husband, Dalton.
But one task she listed raised eyebrows.
The popular media personality said she drinks a glass of water at 6:55 in the morning.
The influencer watchdog group posted Laura’s diary on her Instagram Story, questioning why she chose to share this bizarre information.
“Why did she put that on her agenda? Does that mean this was the only water she drank that day?” they asked.
Laura once shocked fans by confessing that she only washes her bra once a month.
“How often am I supposed to wash my bras because I don’t really wash them,” she said on the “Keep It Cleaner” podcast in December.
She added: “The longer your bra lasts, the less often you need to wash it.”
Clearly unimpressed by her dirty confession, Steph flatly declared that she washes her bra “every two or three times I wear it”.
In an attempt to justify herself, Laura claimed that her bra “doesn’t smell.”
Fans of the pair took to Instagram comments to express their displeasure, revealing how often they wash their underwear.
“I wash it every time I use it because it’s a pain to put it back in the drawer,” one person admitted.
Another listener confessed, “I’ve been wearing the same bra for about a year, and I’ve washed it about three times.”
