Malaika Arora on Monday took to her social media app to share three yoga asanas that she practices regularly to keep her mind and body healthy.
“With World Health Day coming up, consider this an intervention that you need to do some exercise for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. @malaikaaroraofficial We recommend three asanas to practice regularly to maintain a healthy mind and body,” reads the caption of an Instagram post jointly shared by Malaika and Salva Yoga Studio.
