No Regrets Flower Farm & Animal Sanctuary offers original goat yoga and hands-on farm animal experiences.
What gets you through the week? Maybe yoga? This week, it’s all about the GOATNo Regrets Flower Farm and Animal Sanctuary is a yoga retreat where you can take a break during the week and spend time with the animals. They look forward to it just as much as you do. The farm is owned and operated by Lainey Morse, founder of Original Goat Yoga. “When you walk into the farm, all the stress of the world just melts away,” Morse says. “I guarantee you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.” If yoga isn’t your thing, don’t worry. Instead of stretching, you can rest on your mat or snuggle with the goats. “Most people who come to our classes have never been to a yoga class before, but they love it,” Morse says. “They usually come for the goats, and I get that. The yoga is secondary.” For a $28 ticket, you’ll get a 30-minute yoga session and a 30-minute happy hour, with goats at both, of course. The event will be held outdoors weather permitting, or in the farm’s 130-year-old barn if it rains. It will run weekly and only 14 people are allowed per session, so be sure to get your tickets early.
This week, it’s all about the GOAT The event will be held on Wednesday, July 10, from 6 to 7 p.m. at No Regrets Flower Farm and Animal Sanctuary, 26641 Bellfountain Road, Monroe. Tickets are on sale for $28 at Headquarters.GoatYoga.net/Events and yoga mats will be provided.
