Health and wellness are in the spotlight as the pandemic continues to reshape our priorities.
Recognizing the need to make wellness fun and accessible, certified healthcare professionals Ananya Bhandare and Prathishtha Rawat have come together to introduce Junglee Grow Up, a Sunday wellness festival. It promises to redefine how we approach self-care.

“Health and wellness should be fun and inclusive,” says Ananya, founder of Jangly Delights. “It’s about living a happy and healthy life, not just on the physical side, but also on the mental and spiritual space.” Centered around this philosophy, Jung Glow’s close-ups of his meditations We offer a holistic approach to wellness, combining activities such as , art therapy, journaling, and yoga.
The key to making wellness fun is finding activities that resonate with individuals and foster a sense of community. With this philosophy in mind, Jungly Glow Up has curated a diverse lineup of wellness sessions led by industry experts. These include sound baths, Pilates, art therapy and fireside chats on topics ranging from healthy habits to mental health and sexual well-being.
There will also be a kids corner and live DJ, making the event appealing to children and teenagers alike. Activities such as reflexology and acupuncture, a wellness bar, and an alcoholic bar that offers clean cocktails to attendees are aimed at satisfying attendees.

“We want to create events that are not only rich but also aesthetically pleasing,” says Pratistha, founder of Glow Glossary. She says every aspect of the festival, from the vibrant décor to the welcoming atmosphere, is carefully designed to appeal to the senses and uplift the spirit.
The event also draws inspiration from the Blue Zones (home to the highest number of centenarians in the world), where communities play a huge role in people’s healthy lifestyles. Jungly Glow Up events promote camaraderie by inviting attendees to connect and bond over shared experiences.
Recognizing the important role pets play in our well-being, our furry friends are also welcome at Jungle Grow Up.
