Danielle Morris, 32, has shared her amazing results after losing a stone every month for almost a year.
He changed his life through exercise and is currently training to run a marathon.
Before his transformation, Daniel struggled with his daily tasks.
“Obviously, I felt terrible most of the time. I was out of breath walking upstairs, visibly sweating as I walked to college and school, panicked all the time, and was always panicking when I walked upstairs to class. I was worried about whether I would even be able to get a seat.”

“Of course, there was a mental aspect. I often felt anxious and depressed. Every time I went somewhere new, I noticed that people treated me differently. It was as if they felt they had to tiptoe around them or avoid them altogether.
“But I’ve been a bigger person for so long that I feel like it’s become an abiding part of who I am.”
Slim, in his final year of university, as he prepared to go on a trip, he decided enough was enough.
Daniel started exercising regularly, starting small and working his way up to a half marathon, which he completed last year.
He said: “During my weight loss journey, I found that setting easily achievable goals really helped. I started with a workout consisting of walking, 15 minutes on the stationary bike, and strength training.
“Over time, this developed into an all-out routine and eventually I was able to run longer distances.
“When I first started, I slowly built up the distance by doing 30-second intervals at a time, and I quickly became hooked.
“I ran my first half marathon in October 2023, and last year I ran a total of over 2,000km.”
The 32-year-old is currently preparing to run in the Adidas Manchester Marathon in April.
Losing weight means Daniel’s strength has improved and he can buy commercially available clothes for the first time. His confidence has also improved.

The dieter added: “I’m a big sports fan, and now I can play soccer without fear of what other people think of me.”It may be a small thing, but I can now buy clothes from hangers, which I couldn’t do before.” I’m happy.
“I have a much more positive outlook on life. I enjoy taking time to reflect every once in a while. I’m so grateful that my body is now able to take on big fitness challenges. It’s the best feeling ever.”
“It seems too easy, but the best advice I can give is to put one foot in front of the other. Set smaller, more manageable goals that feed into your larger goals.” And most importantly, believe in yourself.
“I’ve always been looked down upon as one of the typical ‘just great people’, so if I can do it, anyone can!”
