An ultra-luxurious new gym and lifestyle club has opened in New York.
At $10,000 a month, Continuum is a contender for the city’s most expensive gym.
It is also one of the most exclusive clubs, as membership is capped and only 250 people can join.
“This is unlike anything else out there,” CEO Jeff Hulvey told the New York Post.
Located at 676 Greenwich St., Continuum combines a luxury lounge with a top-notch gym, with on-site health and nutrition experts.

At $10,000 a month, Continuum is a contender for the city’s most expensive gym.

Continuum also features an exclusive lounge and a top-of-the-line gym, staffed by health and nutrition experts.
“Our unique value proposition, remember, is that we have a very high level of integration of all these methodologies,” Halevi said.
“We’re doing our homework for everyone, not just developing the programming but handpicking the experts who will actually work with them.”
Continuum said it will only allow a maximum of 250 VIP members.
After joining, members undergo an “onboarding assessment” where they are tested for max oxygen uptake, body composition, blood tests and sleep quality.
That “knowledge set” is then fed into an artificial intelligence system, which experts use to create a personalized health plan.
They’re then given a wearable device that tracks their progress, with the app updating their recommendations in real time.
“Exercise is just one tool in the realm of preventative health and wellness,” Halevi told the Post.
“our [trainers and physical therapists] Master’s or PhD degree in the respective field and at least five years of relevant experience.
After your workout, you can relax with physiotherapy, massages, or medi-spa treatments such as hyperbaric chambers, cold baths, floats, and red light therapy.
Continuum is part of a growing trend of upscale, full-service health gyms.
Last month, Equinox launched a $40,000-a-year membership program aimed at improving longevity through personal training, nutrition plans, massage therapy and even sleep coaching.
Equinox has partnered with lab testing startup Function Health to bring “Optimize by Equinox” to market, making it one of the most expensive gym memberships in the world.
“This is really a paradigm shift in how we live vibrantly and avoid suffering,” said Jonathan Swerdlin, co-founder of Functional Health.

Continuum said it will only allow a maximum of 250 VIP members.

“This is unlike anything else out there,” CEO Jeff Hulvey told the New York Post.
“It works your abs and glutes, which are on the surface — it’s great for what you see in the mirror — but it also works what’s below the surface, what you can’t see in the mirror — it’s revolutionary,” Swerdlin added.
The cost of Optimize by Equinox is $3,000 per month for a minimum of six months, which, when combined with a regular gym membership, adds up to more than $40,000.
A regular Equinox membership is already pretty pricey: If you want access to all 107 Equinox clubs around the world, it’ll cost you $405 a month, or just under $5,000 a year.
The Optimize program begins with Function Health testing new members for 100 biomarkers – biological characteristics that indicate potential risk for disease.
The tests will measure the health of members’ hearts, livers and kidneys and also attempt to detect cancer markers.
