ORANGE, Ohio — Pinecrest, a mixed-use neighborhood near the Harvard Road exit of Interstate 271, has announced the addition of Alo Yoga to its growing lineup of retailers.
This will be Alo’s first location in Northeast Ohio.
The sports apparel retailer is expected to open this fall across from Kitchen Social and Vineyard Vines, according to a Pinecrest news release.
Alo was founded in Los Angeles in 2007 and has since gained global buzz, according to a news release.
According to the release, Alo is more than just a brick-and-mortar shopping experience, it embodies a mission to bring people together through movement and mindfulness.
“We are pleased to welcome Alo Yoga to the Pinecrest neighborhood,” Adam Fishman, president of Fairmount Properties and Pinecrest operator, said in the release.
“The acquisition of Alo represents our continued commitment to providing a best-in-class retail experience to Northeast Ohio.”
Alo Yoga joins a line-up of first-to-market retailers already based in Pinecrest, including Becco Bags, Rowan and Te’Amo Boba Tea, which will also be opening later this year.
According to a news release, Alo (which stands for Air, Land and Sea) has been environmentally conscious since its inception, eliminating sweatshops and adopting sustainable practices within its facilities.
Alo can be found online at aloyoga.com and at Alo Sanctuaries across the U.S. and internationally.
