A man captured the moment his body was hit by a heart attack, leaving viewers, and many who saw it afterwards, in absolute shock.
In 2015, Alain Bruno uploaded a shocking video to YouTube about his health scare.
He had apparently been experiencing some “strange” symptoms for a few days and decided to film himself as the symptoms developed.
Bruno was trying to relax in the bath when he felt sick and pressed record, then found himself doubled over in pain and suffering a heart attack in front of the camera. The video quickly went viral.
Unsurprisingly, the man said it was the “most terrifying thing” he’d ever experienced.
He explained in the video’s caption, “Today while practicing for a new video, those symptoms turned out to be a heart attack. I felt pain, I panicked, I thought I was going to die.”
“Luckily, my roommate got home early and called 911 right away.
“I’m OK now, but I have family members with heart disease so I have to be careful for the rest of my life. Take care!”

However, before he could say a word, he stopped, said, “What is this?” and put his hand to his chest.
At this point it was clear he was in severe pain, and the pain eventually worsened to the point where he was bent over in pain and clutching his chest.
People were quick to take to the comments section to voice their opinions about the show they just watched.
One viewer said everyone could learn from Bruno’s experience, saying: “This is a perfect example of why you should never be afraid to call 911 if you feel something is wrong.”
“This poor guy was about 60 seconds away from dying.”

“He’s so young and healthy it’s scary to think this could happen to anyone at any time,” a second wrote, while a third added: “The worst part is if he had passed out from the pain he would have drowned.”
“Thank you for posting this horrifying yet informative experience,” praised a fourth.
“They definitely tell you what symptoms to look out for, but it’s really helpful to see what’s actually going on and what it looks like.”
According to the NHS, common symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain, shortness of breath, feeling lightheaded or dizzy, nausea, overwhelming anxiety and sweating.
If you think you may be having a heart attack, call an ambulance immediately.
