Shangri-La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center invites the public to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and join Wellness Wednesday, a new program focused on wellness. This is a unique wellness experience that offers the visitor the opportunity to start his day with rejuvenation. A combination of physical activity and nature. The garden he opens every Wednesday at 7am until October. Admission to Shangri-La Botanical Gardens (2111 West Park Ave. in Orange) is free.

On Wellness Wednesday, walk towards better health, energize your mind with meditation, strengthen your body with yoga, read a book, or admire the art of nature. Visitors are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and bring water to stay hydrated.
Select Wellness Wednesdays offer free guided yoga classes, the last of which was held on March 20th. During free classes, visitors can enjoy gentle yoga for adults in the garden to move, stretch and wake up the mind and body. Participants will learn about the unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints, and gain flexibility.
