Invented by Anthony Menicola, infinity club It is scheduled to open later this month at 10 Edison Rd. It is located in Mahwah on the border with Wyckoff.
This upscale boutique fitness center aims to offer more personalized training and has limited membership. There are also facilities such as a red light sauna and a golf simulator.
“We don’t want an overcrowded facility,” said Menicola, who lives five minutes from the facility. “We want to have more of a country club feel. It’s really an institution, it’s more intimate. It’s going to be a really special place.”
Menicola, who lives in Mafa, said he had been eyeing the space for 10 years and told the owner it was interesting. He was finally able to purchase the building in April 2023 and has been working on renovating it into a fitness center ever since.
Infinity Club will offer services not offered by other gyms in the area, Menicola said, including AI-driven workouts that guide users on how to best use the machines. Pansau Manly Spain, head of semi-private training at Infinity Club, said the region was in desperate need of something like this.
“When you walk in, it’s a space that doesn’t overwhelm you even with so many people,” Manly-Spain said. “We wanted to create something beyond what’s out there. We’re creating a workout that will last a lifetime and keep your body healthy and your joints safe.”
Manly Spain, who has been training for more than 20 years, said she had always wanted a fitness center like this.
“I love my customers and I want them to taste the best,” Manly Spain said. “We don’t do anything haphazard. Every detail aligns with what we believe is best for your fitness journey.”
Manly Spain said other trainers are overwhelmed with the new space and clients are excited to start working, too.
“So sexy, so clean, so beautiful,” Manley-Spain said. “I’m really excited about the area. We’re not trying to compete with other gyms in the area. We have our own high standards. I can’t wait to get out there.” Look at what we can create and what people are accomplishing.” The lives we can change are not about counting calories or doing the right amount of exercise; They start to feel like they are being treated like they are. ”
