“Modern warfare is dynamic and constantly evolving. It’s no longer just in the physical domain; it’s increasingly influenced by complex data networks and advanced cyber technologies. As leaders, you must effectively adapt, innovate and leverage technology to deliver decisive power to win wars,” the Air Force general said.
He further stated that professionalism, proactiveness and initiative are the three most desirable qualities in a leader, but at the same time, leaders who think are also necessary.
As you embark on this extraordinary journey, be guided by the Indian Air Force’s core values of Mission, Integrity and Excellence, he advised the cadets.
During the ceremony, ‘wings’ were presented to the aviation cadets, officers of the Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard and officers of friendly countries who successfully completed their flight training.
