No need to pay for a hot yoga class this July: just take a 30-minute train ride from Harlem to Bryant Park Yoga hosted by CALIA.
This free yoga series takes place in the heart of Midtown, where you can enjoy yoga in the sunshine, from downward dog to child’s pose.
Classes take place on Tuesdays at 10am EST on the terrace and Wednesdays at 6pm on the lawn (averaging over 1,000 yoga enthusiasts per class).
