Popular streamer Adin Ross has come under fire for comments he made about boxer Ryan Garcia’s mental health. Garcia became a hot topic on social media after sharing a series of posts raising his concerns about his own mental health.
Garcia’s disturbing social media posts included claims of Satanism and accusations that he witnessed sexual abuse at Bohemian Grove, a secret club known for its elite membership. In addition to concerns about his mental health, people are also questioning his ability to perform, especially now as he prepares for his fight against Devin Haney on April 20th.
Ross joined a group of people on social media questioning Garcia’s mental state. The famous Kick streamer mentioned this issue during a live broadcast.
What did Adin Roth say?
“When you’re in a position like Ryan Garcia, you can be under a lot of pressure,” Ross said. “It can be very difficult to be mentally stable,” he said, adding that people often “crash” or “have a seizure.”
“Someone around Ryan needs to make sure he’s okay,” he said, adding that someone should sit down and talk to him. Ross added that he did not know if Garcia was using cocaine.
“Praying for you, Ryan,” he added. “I love Ryan. I talked to Ryan and he checked in on me a lot.”
However, Ross’s concern for Garcia was not well understood by the audience. Some argued that the way Ross handled the issue publicly was not the right way to handle such a sensitive topic. Some said a private discussion would have been a better way to handle the incident, while others accused Ross of simply trying to capitalize on a trending topic. Some accused Ross of having ties to “elites” who Garcia claimed were involved in inappropriate behavior.
“Adin knows what Ryan is talking about but he’s a puppet to them,” a user commented under a video from Ross’ stream on TikTok. “Adin is part of the elite,” said another.
