Clarksville, Tennessee – Manifest Magic Black Girl Cooperative, in collaboration with major sponsors Vitality Sports and Rehabilitation, Trifecta Fitness and Charles Group, announces the return of the Clarksville LiveWell Health & Wellness Fair I’m happy to be able to do this.
This year’s event will be held on April 6th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the scenic Beach Haven Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane, Clarksville, Tennessee.
Aimed to encourage the Clarksville community to embrace a healthier lifestyle, the fair will feature a variety of activities and services designed for all ages and fitness levels. Highlights include soul-soothing yoga, exhilarating belly dancing and line dancing, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions, and the chance to unwind with a refreshing wine slushie.
A special addition this year will give participants the opportunity to benefit from a free mobile clinic offering on-the-spot medical examinations and consultations. This valuable service provides participants with inspiration and practical health insights.
