CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Thursday, Gov. Mark Gordon approved several more bills coming from the state Legislature with public signings inside the Governor’s Ceremonial Chamber. He also passed two bills on Wednesday.
As the 2024 Wyoming Legislature draws to a close, the governor signed a total of eight bills into law between Wednesday and Thursday. The new laws relate to child welfare, behavioral health, and outdoor recreation.


The bills Gordon signed into law in Wyoming include:
- HB0067 Outdoor Recreation and Tourism Trust Fund Management-2.
- SF0115 Behavioral Health Redesign Amendment-2.
- SF0079 Malt beverage franchise agreement.
- SF0045 Vulnerable Adults-Civil Cause of Action-2.
- SF0037 Indian Child Welfare Act – Delinquency Amendments.
- SF0022 Public Service Commission – Electricity Reliability.
- SF0018 Safe Haven Amendments to the Indian Child Welfare Act.
- SF0007 Behavioral Health Redesign – Vulnerable Adults.
