With the recent opening of Cayuga Health Psychology, Cayuga Health officially launched its first outpatient behavioral health services. With an increasing demand for behavioral health services locally, the new clinic aims to ensure that individuals facing social-emotional challenges have access to quality care.
Dr. Caitlin Lilienthal, an experienced physician with expertise in anxiety, sleep disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and life transitions, leads the clinic. She offers evidence-based treatment services including individual, couples, and family counseling. Currently focused on adults, she plans to expand services to children and teens in the future.
“We are proud to be part of the efforts being made across the health system to support the holistic health needs of our communities,” Dr. Lilienthal said.
Cayuga Health Psychology accepts nearly all types of insurance, ensuring members of our community can get the care they need. Our office is conveniently located at 40 Catherwood Drive within Cayuga Health at Ithaca Mall.
Dr. Lilienthal completed her fellowship and internship at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Syracuse before earning her doctorate at the University of North Dakota. She is a member of the National Registry of Health Service Psychologists and the Society for Collaborative Family Medicine.
