Friday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the grand opening of a new Westchester facility aimed at making mental health care more accessible to children.

This new site connects children in Butler County to the care they need right away.
“When you’re in a crisis or going through something, the last thing you want to do is go somewhere and have to wait six, seven, eight weeks to connect with someone.” said Erin Kuccella, outpatient director. service. “Our biggest goal was to train our staff to be ready to assist anyone who comes in the door during walk-in hours.”
They are committed to removing barriers so that everyone who needs their services can access them.
“We accept commercial insurance, but we also accept Medicaid, so there are no restrictions on that,” Moss said. “If you don’t have insurance, we can help you apply for insurance.”
You don’t need an appointment to receive a modern psychiatric or medical checkup.
