Magical Matt combines magical talent, slapstick comedy and zany humour in a captivating, age-appropriate magic show that will leave everyone in the audience amazed and laughing their heads off.

Summer Begins: Baseball Cap Decoration / June 28th, 12:30pm – 1:30pm
Kick off your summer by decorating a baseball cap at the Dongan Hills Library. Small beads for decorating and snacks will be provided. This program is for ages 10-18. Materials are limited so please come early.

Community Movie Night / June 28th, 7pm-9:30pm
Join us for a free screening of “The Little Mermaid” at SIUH Community Park. Concessions will be open and children under 12 will receive two free tickets to the Ferryhawks game on August 10th. Enjoy fireworks after the game. No outside food or drinks are permitted. No food is permitted on the field.

Movies Under the Stars: The Little Mermaid / June 28th, 9pm – 11:15pm
Grab a blanket and head over to Lemon Creek Park to catch a screening of “The Little Mermaid.”
The 2023 film The Little Mermaid tells the story of Ariel, the youngest daughter of King Triton, the king of the mermaids of Atlantica. A princess curious about the human world, Ariel becomes fascinated with it despite her father’s strict prohibitions after her mother’s tragic death at the hands of humans.

Bike the Block Staten Island / June 29th, 12pm-5pm
Stapleton Saturdays presents Bike The Block Staten Island. Join us for a day of education and fun. Learn to ride with Bike New York, understand bike safety with Get Women Cycling, and enjoy free bike rentals, music and entertainment all day. Sign up for a bike tour or class here.

Pajama Party & Flapjack Fundraiser after school! June 29th, 8:00am-10:00am
This summer, PCCS will partner with a local Applebee’s to raise funds and collect school supplies for Title 1 schools in Staten Island. The first kickoff event will be this Saturday.
