How does Talkspace work?
1. Tell Talkspace what you’re looking for. First, state your needs and desires for treatment. Please keep in mind that Talkspace is confidential, secure, and private.
2. Match. You’ll find a therapist within 48 hours.
3. Message your therapist to fit your schedule. Once you match, you can start texting your therapist, who will check in with you every day, five days a week. You will always be connected to the same therapist unless you request a change. Weekly chat therapy counts as one of your free sessions.
4. Meet virtually with a therapist. You also have the option of meeting with a therapist online for a 30-minute televideo session. Each meeting counts as one of her free sessions.
