Heber City’s Wellness Center is featured in the January/February issue of Golf Inc., the world’s only magazine for golf course developers, owners and management company executives.
Designed by Z Design Group, with interior design by Clay Pryor Interiors, the aim was to take advantage of the views by installing large windows and a high patio. A warm color palette is blended with stones and oxidized metals. The Wellness Center includes dedicated space for cardio and strength training, as well as a movement studio for a variety of classes and boot camps.
“We could not be more proud of the architecture, design and features of this amazing new amenity created by our team of inspired partners,” said John Johnson, General Manager of Red Ledges. “Red Ledges has strived for many years to be a place our members enjoy every day, and this new facility will undoubtedly add years of wellness and fun to our members’ lives.”
Amenity of the Year entries were judged on efficiency, aesthetics and financial impact. Competition judge Brian Woodward said: “Mountain’s modern design is in keeping with the club’s existing amenities. Vast panoramic views of the surrounding terrain combine to create a comfortable yet sophisticated design. It’s a good fit. Visitor records show alignment of member needs, leading to further growth.”
In 2021, Golf named Red Ledges Village Center pool complex, featuring a 144-foot-tall water slide, playground, lap swimming lanes, lawn games, and poolside bar and grill, the Amenity of the Year in the Aquatics category. Did.
Founded in October 2007 by community founders Tony Burns and Nolan Archibald, Red Ledges is a private Rocky Mountain resort, golf and tennis community. Ledledges offers seasonal amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and the first family golf park of its kind, tennis and pickleball programs, a ski club, and an equestrian center. The clubhouse features a full-service restaurant and bar, specialty sports shop, health club, and pool.
