Created by London-based designer and engineer Rakin Ahmed (also known as Rakitecht). Rubik is a multidisciplinary artist and engineer, known for his cube head sculptures and his digital artwork. He first started sharing his work in 2020 and has since worked with and connected with Drake, his Ye, Nike, and more. This is the latest in a series of creative projects he has realized on his own.
His latest project, ¥$ WALLET, is inspired by Margiela’s iconic $11 wallet and his love for his new ¥$ album. Rakitecht continues to push itself with every project and has created a fully playable driving game integrated into a driver’s license that you can carry in your wallet along with various wallet-themed elements. This was his first foray into the world of game design, and it was by no means the last.
