CHICAGO (WLS) — A puppy yoga studio is opening soon in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.
“I started out with a love for animals and then my entrepreneurial spirit eventually transitioned into puppy yoga,” Francesca Albo said.

Albo, 27, is the co-founder of Puppy Sphere, a Toronto-based business that brings yoga to people with puppies.
It may be a distraction, but Albo thinks it’s a good thing.
“They give you a burst of joy and love and actually increase both serotonin and dopamine, which are really good for the body,” Albo said.
Every week, Puppy Sphere brings you a variety of puppies from local breeders.

Puppy Sphere was born from Albo’s love for yoga and his dogs.
“We wanted to make puppy therapy available to more people, and that’s how Puppy Sphere was born,” Albo says.
Puppy Sphere also has locations in New York, Miami and Chicago.
The Logan Square store opens this weekend.
“As young female entrepreneurs with small businesses and big dreams, this is truly beyond anything we could have ever imagined,” Albo said.
