Breakdown of Bella Hadid’s Wellness Routine

Bella Hadid’s wellness morning routine includes 11 intricately detailed steps. Yes, I counted. It’s a whirlwind of self-care, from guzzling down vitamins and detox juices to luxuriating in about 15 essential oils to savoring a delicious croissant to conscious journaling. In her latest video, titled “Before I Start Making Something for You, Morning with Me,” she reveals some of her own rituals and gives hints to her upcoming brand. Tagged. Orebella. in particular Orebela It remains a mystery, but one thing is for sure: we are absolutely thrilled! And of course, this routine triggers yet another thought in our mind. “How many steps is too many?”

There may be too many formulas, products, and procedures, but Bella Hadid is doing exactly what it takes to truly care for herself. Isn’t that what wellness is all about, doing what feels right for you? (Bella Hadid revealed her Lyme disease diagnosis in 2013 and recently posted about her flare-up.) Many of us may do a double take when looking at the number of products, and many of us may think this is insane. But so many Wellness Girls have taken over from “X” and appreciate her depth and investment in their health journey that they even strive to reach this level of “Wellness Madness.”

For many of us, creating and implementing such an extensive health routine is simply not feasible, especially with busy and unpredictable schedules. Anyone else experiencing this? Bella Hadid during fashion week. She frequently juggles multiple runway shows, including hosting her 35th Fashion Her campaign in 2022, and managing a Lyme disease diagnosis. Now that she may have more time on her hands, she has chosen to prioritize her own health and share it with us. Or maybe you do this every day despite your schedule. Either way, it worked for her and the step-by-step instructions will give you some great tips to improve your morning routine.

Here’s what she does:

step 1: This routine begins with three Genestra brand tinctures. These are traditionally used in herbal medicine to support gastrointestinal health.

Step 2: She adds a gut support supplement, ION Natural Gut Support Liquid, to her water. It’s a great digestive system.

Step 3: Hadid then takes a handful of pill supplements. It is possible to take omega-3 or vitamin B supplements, although we don’t know exactly which one at this time. She drinks fresh green juice.

Step 4: The model takes Gold Sea Moss Gel, mixes it with water and drinks it. This gel is known to fight iron deficiency, dissolve mucus, improve mental health, reduce the effects of radiation, and aid in weight loss. Provides a full range of beta-carotene chlorophyll, enzymes and fiber.

Step 5: She added a detox supplement, Fulvo Detox Liquid. It is taken internally for gastrointestinal support and used topically to relieve skin irritation. (Maybe it helped her Lyme disease flare up)

Step 6: She ingests a liquid containing 72 natural minerals from Utah’s Great Salt Lake.

Are you done yet? Absolutely not.

Step 7: She eats delicious croissants. Balance is healthy, right?

Step 8: Crystals, and lots of them. Although she didn’t show us how to use it, crystals are a great way to create balance and alignment within yourself. Many people use crystals for stress and focus. Another famous supermodel who is obsessed with crystals is Kendall Jenner.

Step 9: She enjoys cans of Kin Euphorics, a non-alcoholic beverage she invested in. This drink contains L-theanine, known for its stress-reducing effects, and Schisandra, known for enhancing clarity and vision.

Step 10: She is showing off her essential oils. She showed us her essential oils, nearly 15 in total, which are praised for their ability to uplift and make you feel good just by smelling her scent. They are also known to help relieve pain symptoms. She chooses her two and applies them on her wrist and her neck as her scent for the day.

Step 11: She lights some sage and picks up a book and pen to write in her journal. A proven way to create order in your mind in our crazy world.

Now she’s ready for the day.

In today’s busy world with endless responsibilities, wellness is all about finding what works for you. Perhaps you like to stay fit a little bit every day, or maybe you enjoy working on your health on the weekends. If you have more time, you might enjoy an 11-step health routine like Bella Hadid. Wellness rituals can be as simple as lighting a candle, eating a good breakfast, or taking a quick walk to grab a cup of coffee, or as simple as gorging yourself on a bowl of pasta with vodka sauce. The key is to add little bits of goodness that will benefit you in the long run and bring joy to your daily life.

I thought I should share my girls’ daily health habits. I’m definitely not Bella Hadid. I’m just a girl who works a 9 to 5 job. Here’s a breakdown of my routine before heading to the office. Here, we’re adding a little something for your overall health.

I call this “an attempt at balance.”

  • Step 1: Avoid using social media on your phone as soon as you wake up to avoid stress and delays.
  • Step 2: Boost your hydration with a glass of water
  • Step 3: Stretch for 2-3 minutes in the morning.
  • Step 4: Brush, wash, and refresh your face with an ice facial.
  • Step 5: Drink hot water with cinnamon to lower blood sugar levels
  • Step 6: Dry brushing removes excess toxins
  • Step 7: Shower and prepare for the day
  • Step 8: Have breakfast with all my favorites in mind, from poha to dosa.
  • Step 9: Make great coffee!
  • Step 10: Go for a run, preferably practicing journaling or reading a really good book along the way. Depends on my mood.

In the evening, it crashes violently. If he comes home early from work, he will take a 45-minute walk outdoors, or he will train with dumbbells for 20 minutes at home. Otherwise, I’m fine. We will do what we can little by little. On those rare days when you feel like you have a lot of time, take it up a notch with a sweaty kickboxing session, a couple of good homemade face masks, your favorite meal (pasta with vodka sauce) and a glass of white wine. Spend time and sleep. —This is a big health initiative for me.

So whether you’re doing one small thing for yourself or 100 things, we hope you find the health regimen that’s right for you.
