If money can’t buy happiness, it certainly can’t buy quality sleep.But there teeth Certain tools — routines, habits, and, of course, shoppable products — can help.

Many wellness experts and brand founders got where they are, at least in part, by unlocking their own magic formulas for getting a solid night’s rest. Some people find value in incorporating magnesium into their pre-bedtime routines, whether through topical sprays, beverage supplements, or strategic evening snacks. Some people choose to optimize their circadian rhythms, turn their pre-bedtime skin care process into a stress-relieving ritual, or rely on practices like journaling or meditation to help them relax.

We asked 17 people, including Alicia Keys, Molly Sims, Iskra Lawrence, and Chriselle Lim, to share the one thing (or sometimes a combination of things) that keeps them sleepy. Ta.
