Masu. She believes that your health is your true wealth.
West has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and has been learning about holistic health for over 20 years.
“If we create the right environment and stop doing the things that cause disease, our bodies will heal themselves,” she said. “We should listen to our bodies. Symptoms are a sign for us to take better care of ourselves. A healthy lifestyle gives us more energy throughout the day, It boosts your immune system and helps prevent illness.
“You only have one body, and you and only you take care of it. Take care of your body, and you’ll thank yourself in 10 or 20 years.” . You are what you eat, think, drink, breathe, say, and do.”
West said exercise is a great start to a healthy lifestyle and said there are three types of exercise for the body: cardio, strength training and stretching.
“All three types are equally important,” she said. “People make the mistake of doing only one out of three things. Exercise lowers stress hormone levels in the body. Exercise of any kind produces endorphins, which improve mood. Relieve stress and anxiety. It’s also a great way to get more exercise overall, which improves your quality of life.”
West pointed out that people should eat to live, not live to eat.
“Eat living foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains to survive,” she said. “Nothing has been refined, bleached, preserved, or chemically fortified. Live foods are not processed, packaged, or kept on shelves. When you eat live foods, the enzymes interact with your digestive enzymes.”
“God created living foods that contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and phytonutrients. These foods are designed to help your digestive system, blood flow, and organs function properly. Masu.”
West said “dead food” is the opposite of live food.
“Dead food is processed in every way possible to make it last longer,” she said. “They attack your body like invaders. Chemicals, additives, and preservatives put a strain on your liver. This can also make your body more susceptible to disease.”
West emphasized that if you want to be a healthy and energetic person, you need to choose live foods.
“We need to strive every day to incorporate more live foods into our diets,” she said. “Doing so will make you feel more alive. A healthy lifestyle should be your top priority because your life depends on it.”
