With one portable fitness tool, you can do it all. Sarah Downs and Nick Allen bring their innovative product ABLE to Los Alamos. This is sure to peak the interest of many fitness gurus.
Downs will share tips on fitness and ABLE products during the Full Body Health & Fitness event at UNM-LA on July 20 from 4 to 7 p.m. Guests at the event will have a chance to win a gift package from Sarah Downs and Nick Allen. CrossFit instructor Ang Hernandez offers a free introductory session with ABLE. Her certified kettlebell instructor, Susan Budlong, is offering two free one-hour kettlebell sessions with her. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to train privately with Downs and Allen. You can also bring a friend as we offer free abs training sessions.
