Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHD) I am pleased to announce that I have published . Arizona Health Improvement Plan (AzHIP) 2024-2025 Update.
AzHIP provides a structure for collaboratively improving the health of communities and individuals across Arizona.of AZHIP 2021-2025 The plan is currently in its fourth year of a five-year implementation period.
AzHIP is larger than ADHS alone. The development and implementation of the plan will be community-informed, data-driven, and include the participation of a wide range of community partners. This is the Arizona Health Improvement Plan.
AzHIP includes five priorities. health equity, social determinants of health, mental health, Underserved populations in rural and urban areasand Recovery and resilience from the pandemic. All priorities have been updated, except for the recently published Pandemic Recovery and Resilience Priority.
This plan has been updated to reflect our collective progress and clarify the actions that can be taken during the final two years of the plan.Indicators aligned with national indicators healthy people 2030 We’ve also added goals to help you measure your progress as you move forward.
The actions identified in the plan reflect the efforts of many partner organizations.of AzHIP Steering Committee provides the guidance needed to ensure AzHIP reflects high-impact actions, and implementation teams ensure work is completed within each priority.
