Erin Kuhlman, nutrition coach at Mountain Range Fitness, will be hosting a six-week summer challenge to help participants learn more about nutrition and how to reach their goals while prioritizing their health and fitness.
“We do different challenges throughout the year, but this one is essentially built around the nutrition guide that I created for Mountain Range Fitness, so that’s the really great value. Anyone that signs up for the challenge will receive the guide to take with them after the challenge,” Kuhlman said. of journal.
The cost of the program is $100, including supplies and support.
The program is customizable for each participant and there are 40 slots in total, with 10 slots in each category. The categories are: Female Weight Loss, Male Weight Loss, Female Muscle Gain, and Male Muscle Gain.
“You don’t have to be a member of Mountain Range Fitness to participate,” Kuhlman said, “We want to get to know more individuals in the community who are looking for advice or just a place to improve themselves, and we want to improve them too.”
Registration will be accepted until capacity is reached by the July 15th deadline.
The challenge has three rules: drink one gallon of water per day, follow the included nutrition guide, and complete a 45-minute workout each day.
Participants will be given a nutrition guide and asked to calculate their target macros before booking their Fit Body 3D Scan at Mountain Range by July 15th.
“So I give them a goal, and then I do a baseline scan,” Kuhlman said. “It’s a fit 3D scan, so it gives you all these cool measurements that you probably don’t want to see, but that are fun to look at. It measures your body fat, your weight, your musculature, it measures your posture, which is really cool. I use that as my first setup, and then I scan again to see where we (eventually) land.”
Participants can also schedule a 30-minute session with Kuhlman to review their macros, they can track their progress on Google every day, and after six weeks they’ll have a final body scan.
“I want to create a plan to see different outcomes from that (nutritional) guide,” Kuhlman continued. “That’s how I designed it. To me, it’s a science experiment.”
All participants will receive a complimentary MRF Nutrition Guide to use after the challenge.
Winners in all four categories will receive a discount on either MRF’s Built for Life program worth $500, a nutrition program worth $150 or a personal training deal worth $100, plus MRF swag and 1st Phorm products.
