Beyond Van Gogh is coming to Birmingham, offering yoga sessions surrounded by the paintings of Vincent van Gogh.
Art lovers at Birmingham NEC are set to be enthralled by Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience, a multimedia exhibition showcasing more than 300 paintings by Vincent Van Gogh.
In addition to a captivating display of swirling images and accompanying music, the exhibition also offers a series of specialized yoga sessions allowing attendees to engage in movement and mindfulness in a vibrant artistic environment.
Our limited number of yoga sessions are expected to sell out quickly, so book early. The 50-minute sessions cater for all levels of experience and include breath awareness, a warm-up and a series of simple poses that complement the surrounding artwork. Participants will work through poses such as Table Top Pose, Low Lunge, Mountain Pose, Tree Pose, Triangle Pose, Warrior Pose, Sphinx Pose, Seated Forward Bend and more.
The exhibition will debut at the UK ACC Liverpool from 27 June to 24 July, before touring to the SEC in Glasgow before arriving in Birmingham.
