It was fast.
Comedians typically release a special and then take a break from going out for a while while they refine new material for their next broadcast.
Not Pete Davidson.
The former “Saturday Night Live” performer, who released “Turbo Fonzarelli” on Netflix in January, will perform 14 shows as part of his “Wellness Check Tour” scheduled to run from February to April of this year. It was just announced.
On his fall tour, Davidson spoke wisely about his time in rehab, his persistent stalker, and his childhood crush on Leonardo DiCaprio.
And while we don’t know what he’ll bring to the stage this time around, we do know that the best way to find out is live.
Would you like to see “The King of Staten Island” stand-up this year?

Davidson is not only a huge hit, he’s also a sought-after actor.
Here’s what “dumb money” has brought us in recent months:

“Wizards!” tells the story of two hapless beach bar owners who discover stolen property they should have left alone. Co-starring Orlando Bloom and Naomi Scott.
“Riff Raff” The film revolves around the ordinary life of an ex-con, which is turned upside down when his old family has a long-awaited reunion. Jennifer Coolidge, Bill Murray, Dustin Hoffman, Ed Harris and Louis Pullman round out the ensemble.
