TAC Fitness, a locally owned fitness and performance studio, will open a new location in Snowmass Base Village on July 1st.
The Basalt-based gym will take over the former King Yoga space in Base Village, and TAC has partnered with The Collective and Snowmass Tourism to offer free summer community fitness classes every Saturday and Sunday starting June 15th.
“This is a dream come true for us,” TAC Fitness founder and owner Amanda Wagner said in a news release. “Pre-COVID, we were looking at a space in Aspen but it was just out of our reach. We would hear from people at least once a week, ‘I wish we were in the upper valley.’ This has been a long time coming with our big plans to move to the upper valley, and now we have the right team and the right space in Snowmass to make it a reality.”
