As students gathered at the SPHS Wellness Center on Thursday, February 15, there was a buzz about the renovated space and the opportunity to have a special place to unwind and relax.
As soothing music played, students, faculty and staff gathered to celebrate the renovation of the SPHS Wellness Center located behind the Counseling Center. This space includes cozy seating, dedicated study spaces, colorful artwork, and calming activities. This renovation project will be led by her Train Your Brain specialist and school social worker, Natasha Stebbins, and curated in collaboration with SPHS Peer Mediators.

South Pasadena Unified School District (SPUSD) would like to thank SPEF, SPHS PTSA, DUDES, and the Kiwanis Club of South Pasadena for their generous donations and commitment to improving student mental health. This space is available daily for brunch and lunch for students looking for a relaxing space to relax.
