New Delhi: Actor and filmmaker R Madhavan, known for his fitness and charm, recently revealed the secrets of his body transformation by posting his diet plan and fitness tips to his ex-girlfriend ‘X.’ He took to social media to share a glimpse at his body transformation after he gained weight for his latest directorial venture ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.’
In response to tweets expressing concern over his massive weight loss in just 21 days, Madhavan opened up about his fitness regime and diet. He explained that he was practising intermittent fasting and increasing his water intake to shed the excess pounds. In the same post, he also mentioned the importance of avoiding processed foods and having his last meal by 6.45pm.

The actor stunned everyone with his transformation from chubby director to toned star in just 21 days, and he attributes his success to a surprisingly simple diet plan.
Madhavan revealed that his secret weapon for losing weight is chewing his food thoroughly and not running for hours or doing gruelling workouts at the gym. The actor revealed that he chews every bite of food 45-60 times. Additionally, he practised intermittent fasting, went to bed early and ate lots of green vegetables. These simple yet effective strategies were the key to his remarkable transformation.

Madhavan shared his impressive journey of shedding the excess weight in just 21 days, without any strenuous training or running, after gaining weight for his directorial debut, “Rocketary: The Nambi Effect.” The 54-year-old actor stressed on the importance of eating mindfully, saying, “Drink your food, chew your water.”
R. Madhavan’s diet also included having his last meal by 6.45pm. He avoided raw food after 3pm and only ate cooked food. In interviews, he highlighted the benefits of taking long walks in the early morning, going to bed early to ensure deep sleep, and eliminating screen time for at least 90 minutes before bedtime.
His diet revolved around nutritious foods with plenty of fluids and green vegetables, which are easily metabolised. This combined with chewing food thoroughly, good sleep and early morning walks helped R Madhavan to lose weight easily in just 21 days and look his best again.
