Limited Run Games revealed today that they’re working on a physical release for Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion.
The game is available in a Standard version and a Classic Edition, the latter of which includes a copy of the game, a special edition box, a double-sided poster, a commemorative metal cartridge, and the soundtrack.
Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion first appeared on the Switch eShop back in November of last year, see below for more details.
Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Remastered is a faithful restoration of the classic first-person shooter originally released in 2000, upgraded with Nightdive Studios’ proprietary KEX engine to play on the latest gaming devices with higher resolutions and frame rates.
It joins Nightdive Studios and Universal Games’ popular remasters of Turok and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil, concluding the trilogy. Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Remastered features upgraded gameplay, high-resolution textures, enhanced lighting and rendering, and modern controls.
Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Remastered is the first title from Nightdive Studios to be remastered using the latest version of the KEX Engine, which uses an improved renderer to deliver higher levels of visual fidelity across 3D models, textures and graphical effects.
