Kamath explained that she was experiencing symptoms such as a drooping face and difficulty reading and writing. He said the recovery process could take three to six months. Reflecting on his condition, Kamath said, “About six weeks ago, I suddenly suffered a mild stroke. Possible causes include my father’s death, lack of sleep, fatigue, dehydration, and overwork.”

Mr Kamath said he was initially in disbelief that he could be affected despite maintaining his fitness, and shared insights from doctors into the possible causes behind his condition, and when to stop strenuous exercise. He emphasized the importance of being aware of your ability to rest. Although he admitted feeling “a little heartbroken”, he remained focused on managing his fitness.

On his birthday last year, he shared a photo of his six-pack abs at the gym. Kamath shared a photo with the caption, “I turned 44 today and my body fat percentage is 14.3%, the lowest it’s ever been. I’m sharing it publicly to take responsibility so I don’t slack off and go back to average.” That way, it might inspire and remind some people that age is just a number. ”
