London’s Longevity Lounge brought a complete cold tub set to Jolt, and the unique experience of cold tub therapy attracted curious people who came to take a class or unwind from a workout.

Jolt Fitness owner Katie Sigurdson said the experience is a valuable opportunity for people who live in rural areas with limited access to unique fitness services, and that businesses often overlook rural areas like South Huron.
But the Longevity Lounge pop-up experience at Jolt was the first time a new company has rolled out its services and brought the cold plunge fitness experience to the area.
Cold bath therapy is popular among athletes because it reduces inflammation and helps muscles recover, Sigurdsson said.
