In his latest Instagram post, CBum shared an excerpt from a private chat in which his wife Courtney King asked: “What are you doing at the gym for so long…?” Instead of writing her a letter, Bumstead sent her a video recording what he was actually doing. A bodybuilder recorded himself flipping over a giant 45-pound plate with one hand while barefoot.
CBum also wrote that while he wouldn’t completely ignore his wife’s concerns, he would also be mindful of his own goals. Bumstead therefore replied to his wife, but she continued to exercise immediately afterwards. He explained in the caption of his post: “I didn’t go home until I got it three times in a row…”
