The first update on this mini journey is: Bade Miyan Chote Miyan In early March, she managed a total of three squats on a stability ball before losing her balance. The next milestone came later that month when she managed 10 squats. But that wasn’t enough for the fitness fanatic. She challenged herself further and tried weighted squats on the stability ball, another testament to her super strong core and legs.
The actress praised her perseverance and said she felt “unstoppable.”

Kareena Kapoor has been taking Pilates classes for years and has been working on her fitness goals with celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit. Namrata recently shared a short video of Kareena performing compound movements on the reformer to work her core and arms at the same time.
