Recently, a video of the actress falling off an exercise ball went viral on social media. However, this was just a small part of her months-long journey, during which she fell and failed many times. His trusty trainer has once again given the world a glimpse into Ranbir’s journey to transform into Lord Rama on screen. In the short video, a focused Ranbir is seen leaning over two hanging Roman hoops and attempting his first muscle-up.

The muscle-up is a simple, yet intense, movement that requires a lot of practice to perfect. When done correctly, the muscle-up simultaneously works your back, biceps, forearms, chest, triceps, core, and glutes, so it’s definitely worth trying under the supervision of an expert.

Araya F perfectly masters hop-up

Alaya F. took the virtual audience through a montage of her struggles, from trotting to conquering the balance ball, to “Menat Ka Phal.”

For those unfamiliar, Araya F has been trying to perfect the Balance Ball Hop-Up for a few months now. The first update on this mini journey is: Bade Miyan Chote Miyan In early March, she managed a total of three squats on a stability ball before losing her balance. The next milestone came later that month when she managed 10 squats. But that wasn’t enough for the fitness fanatic. She challenged herself further and tried weighted squats on the stability ball, another testament to her super strong core and legs.

The actress praised her perseverance and said she felt “unstoppable.”

We all know Tiger Shroff is a gym-goer, but the actor recently shared a glimpse of him upping the ante by taking on as many as eight opponents in what appears to be a rehearsal for a fight scene.

Trained in taekwondo and martial arts, Tiger has repeatedly voiced his enduring passion for fitness, most recently when he proudly tagged his Instagram workout videos with “#nooffdays.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan tries out reformer pilates

Kareena Kapoor has been taking Pilates classes for years and has been working on her fitness goals with celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit. Namrata recently shared a short video of Kareena performing compound movements on the reformer to work her core and arms at the same time.

Namrata tagged the actress as ‘#Pilatesgirl’ and used the video to emphasise that one should focus on getting the form right and not increasing the number of repetitions.

Sara Ali Khan revolutionizes Pilates

Namrata Purohit also trains Sara Ali Khan. A few days ago, the trainer Mubarak murdered Actress Sarah keeps things interesting with her Pilates routine. In the video in question, she’s shown upside down, attempting sit-ups while hanging from her knees. Next, she attempts a challenging deep sit-up on the reformer.

Sarah’s workout video is a fascinating example of how effective the Pilates Reformer can be in adding an extra level of challenge to regular movements while at the same time increasing stability.
