HAMMLESTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — A locally owned fitness training facility recently announced the date for its grand opening in Dauphin County.

abc27 News reported back in November 2023, when construction of Mary’s Training Center in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, was nearing completion.
The new Mary’s Training Center is the second facility owned and operated by Hershey native Mary Driscoll, owner of Mary’s Health & Fitness, which she founded in 2015.
Driscoll’s state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot training center is located at: 981 Bullfrog Valley Road Located in Hummeltown. The new training center features a 28,000 square foot indoor turf field and a 2,500 square foot strength and conditioning room.
In addition, Mary’s Training Center features a recovery room with a HydroWorx underwater treadmill and Normatec recovery pants. The new facility will also include office space and offer on-site nutritional counseling.
The training center will also offer tutoring sessions and scholarship opportunities for students in need.

Mary’s Training Center will hold an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, February 21st, followed by an official grand opening weekend from Friday, March 1st to Sunday, March 3rd.
Driscoll said he expects to bring about 50 new jobs to the area once it opens, and is currently looking to hire front desk staff and more certified trainers. Interested applicants are encouraged to send an email to: info@maryshealthandfitness.com
