A bridal fitness and nutrition coach has revealed her top tips for losing weight and getting in shape before your wedding.

The content creator, known as @sydfabrizio, posts before and after photos and wedding preparation advice for her clients on TikTok.
Fabrizio recently shared how to “be 10x more confident and toned when you wear your wedding dress,” and said, “Here’s your strategic plan” to lose 15 to 20 pounds in six months.
First, Fabrizio advised you to download the My Fitness Pal app and “adjust what you’re eating every day.”
“If you feel like you’ve hit a plateau, here’s the secret: It’s not just about how hard you sweat in the gym,” she said. “It has everything to do with the calories you’re actually consuming.”
Fabrizio recommended setting protein goals related to your current weight.
“So if you weigh 160 pounds, aim to eat about 130 grams of protein. If you weigh 180 pounds. [pounds]I’m aiming for around 145. [grams].If your weight is 120 [pounds]aim for around 130. [grams] One day,” she explained.
When it comes to steps and training, she said you should aim for around 10,000 steps a day for both physical and mental health.
“Let’s go for a walk.” Get your body moving. “It’s really good for your mental health, especially while you’re planning your wedding,” she said. “Weddings are stressful enough. It might be worth taking those steps.
“Then follow the training program,” she continued. “I like to go three or four times a week. That’s it.
“If you can stay steady for those three to four days, that’s enough. The focus should be on intentionality and progress – lifting heavier.”
Fabrizio concluded the video by sharing her daily essentials, including her morning and night routine.
It’s very simple. “Drink more water and sleep more hours, at least seven hours a night,” she said. “If you have trouble going to bed on time or waking up early, start creating a morning and night routine.”
Fabrizio wI wake up around 5am and go to the gym for an hour of training. By 6:30am she gets home and she gets ready for the day.
After taking a shower she hI eat breakfast around 7am, then write in my journal, meditate, and plan the rest of my day. She also sets aside her 20 minutes to read or listen to audiobooks or podcasts.
From 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., she spends time with her husband and does whatever needs to be done before starting work.
Fabrizio said she was inspired to start her morning routine after reading Robin Sharma’s book “The 5 a.m. Club.”
At night, she puts her phone on her “bed” at least 30 minutes before she wants to sleep, and prepares her workout clothes and supplements for the next morning.
After brushing her teeth, washing her face, and applying moisturizer, she dims the lights in her room and spends the rest of the night writing in her journal, reading, or praying before bed.
At the end of the video, Fabrizio explained that brides need to be consistent and proactive about their new lifestyle in order to see results.
